We never ask for passwords or your full room code. Don't send them by email.
Pairing
- The invite expired: a code lasts three minutes and works once. Tap Create another invite.
- Too many attempts: the server pauses pairing for a few minutes after many attempts in a row. Wait a moment and try again.
- The QR code doesn't open the app: make sure the app is installed on the phone scanning it, or type the 8-character code under I have a code.
Connection
- The connection is taking a while: your pairing is still saved. Check the internet and tap Try again.
- This device wasn't accepted on the board: each board admits only the two phones that joined first. Tap Unpair and create a new invite.
- The board is full: each board has a stroke limit. Tap Clear to keep drawing.
Special-date reminders
- Reminders arrive at 9 a.m. on the day, from your phone itself.
- If they don't arrive, check Settings, Notifications, Drawing with Love and make sure notifications are allowed.
New phone or new partner
- Change partner removes the pairing from this phone. The board stays on the server until it is cleared or unused for 180 days.
- The pairing stays on this device and does not follow a backup restored to another phone. On the new phone, pair again.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
Personal data requests (access, correction, deletion, portability) go to the same address and get a complete answer within 15 days.
